Ruby Tuesday Restaurant

Ruby Tuesday is a company that is managed by people that have a passion for the restaurant business. We don't know anything else. In my 17 years, I have seen countless people mentored, grow both personally and professionally, and I have received more responsibility. They in turn, have taken someone under their wing, and it has made our company great.

In my 25 years with Ruby Tuesday, it has been my pleasure to grow with a company that has taught me about business, challenged me everyday and allowed me to be a leader in a cutting edge company.  When I started out as a server, I never dreamed where the path would lead.  As a Regional Partner with the company today, I am still excited about what each day will teach me and what new challenges are on the horizon.  It has been rewarding for me professionally, financially and personally. I have acquired a lifetime of knowledge and made friendships for life.  It doesn't get any better than that!

I started as a server at Ruby Tuesday while finishing college.  I never dreamed I would be provided the kind of opportunity that would take me from a Team Member to multi restaurant operator to the Director of Marketing and Advertising.  In my 15 years of service, I have had the fortune to work with so many great people that are passionate about what we do every day.  I love the energy, pace and chance to add true value to such a great company.

I can't say enough about how gratifying my time has been with Ruby Tuesday.  I started with Ruby Tuesday as a server eleven short years ago and never expected to see such a wonderful career develop from there.  From my server position, I moved quickly to manager, general manager, managing partner, and now enjoy being a multi-restaurant operator.  What a great company!

I started my career with Ruby Tuesday in the late 90s when I was hired as a manager in training. I was quickly promoted to assistant manager then general manager. A year later, I became a managing partner, and during that time I was given the Partner of the Year Award. I was a managing partner for a year, then promoted to a director of operations and had the honor of being name the Director of the Year.
